Socialismo e barbarie is the second album by the Italian musical group CCCP – Fedeli alla linea, published in 1987.
The title of the album is a paraphrase of the slogan Socialismo e Barbarie, used by Rosa Luxemburg in the pamphlet Juniusbroschüre of 1915, indicating socialism or barbarism as the only possible resolution for society. The cover itself portrays the assembly line of the Fiat 124, a car widely produced under license from 1970 to 2012 in numerous Soviet countries, initially in the city of Togliatti, while the group’s logo refers to the Fiat logo used on cars until the early seventies.
