“Unplugged / battery powered, Lorde Awesome playing live in The Pocket Dog Park, Greenwood and Danforth, Toronto.
This was the first show of our 2022 season.

As you may know, we were approaching the 120th month of our In-Between Sounds series, at Toronto’s Only Cafe, when Covid hit. From there, we unplugged, and took to the outdoors of the Pocket Dog Park. Now that things are back up and running, The Only has told us that they will no longer host bands that play music of unrecognizable genres. That means us.
We’ll continue to drink there, but Lorde Awesome as a band, has officially been set adrift. This is our first recording since receiving that news; such is life.”
